The beds were dirty

Upon arrival our front desk host was not informative at all. She handed me a parking ticket with no instructions. I went to the parking gate and found that my ticket wouldn't work. I was driving back up to the front desk when I saw another gate on the other side and decided to try that one, and it worked. We did enjoy the location of our pet room, as it was located downstairs near grass. It was also very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked, which made a difference in enjoying our stay. The room had ample space and a nice bathroom, however the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable and our sheets were stained with something purple. The pillows were comfortable and the pool was beautiful and well temperatured. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant, bought drinks from the coffee shop and that was satisfactory with good customer service.

Checkin was easy and the staff person asked me which floor I’d like to be on which was unexpected. The breakfast vouchers for Denny’s were also appreciated. The room was clean and smelled like cotton candy when I opened the door which is a nice charge from the usual disinfectant or deodorizer. The bed was comfy but just a little firm for my taste and the AC worked like a champ. Not the most up to date hotel but was just fine for an overnight stay

Our stay was fine but the gal checking us in must have been having a bad day because she was not very friendly, kinda like we was more of a pain to her. The morning gal today was very nice.

Checkin was quick and easy. Room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds. Will stay again

Nice amenities

The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.

Stayed one night during work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. Valet parking was easy. Close/walking distance to Riverfront park, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. I asked to have a late checkout (of 1 hr) to finish some work but they could not accommodate so I finished work in the lobby.
