The room was okay but noisy during the day because of the work they were doing. The parking garage was a mess, hard to navigate in and out. Not the best area at night.

The staff at this hotel are some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. So helpful and so cheerful. The room we had wasn’t dirty by any means, but some aspects of it weren’t in very good condition. The chair in the living room was shocking. We didn’t even set a bag on it. So many years of use have left it looking like it could crawl away. Same for some areas of the carpet and the wallpaper in the washroom. Everything cleanable was very neat though. The staff definitely clean well. The shower and its tiles were immaculate. The shelves under the sink were immaculate. The towels were so fluffy and absorbent and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. A stones throw from the hotel is a large homeless encampment and in the living room at night you can hear people yelling at themselves very loudly. This is tuned out easily by turning the tv up a little but still. Not in the best area. But I’d stay here again if I brought a white noise machine to sleep with. The staff are exceptional here.

Very clean. We had a great experience here! Staff were very quick with any issues and made the check in and check out super easy. Only thing is that I would recommend you bring your own pillows, the ones provided were not good.

Our check in process was smoothe and the agent was kind and thorough. Our room was only stocked for one person, so we had to ask for more towels, coffee, and we had no dish cloths or towels for kitchen. There are not any baking safe dishes for oven and no knives in kitchen. When we asked front desk, they banged on our door and they dropped a garbage bag of towels and coffee on floor. In the morning at 8:45am the cleaning attendant was outside our door and asked us when we are leaving so she can clean our room. We said at check out we are leaving and she continued to wait outside our door for us to leave when our check out is at 11am. The room is not clean and half the outlets do not work. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.When we checked out, there was a line up of people waiting nobody at counter for quite some time. I do not recommend staying at this hotel for the price.

Can't beat the price. The room had a big kitchen, a good size living room, the bathroom was a decent size. The bedroom was separated by the living room area by some French style doors, which was a very nice feature. The suite was just as comfy as a 1 bedroom apartment. We walked everywhere downtown, the Reception was always nice and called a taxi for us any time we needed it..I guess some of the negative reviews are due to taking a magnifying glass and checking all the nooks and cranies, thus including places where the cleaning crew did not go at the tile grout with a toothbrush. However, the place was clean, comfy, the air conditioner worked, and the beds were soft. We highly recommed and we will definitely stay there again.

The room was advertised as having a balcony and it did but it was locked so not useable. The pool also was closed and it appears so since 2019. Also it stated there was a dishwasher and there was, but it also was fixed shut.
