Excellent except for parking garage

Everything was really great except we had a terrible time getting into the parking garage. The pass wouldn't work and the concierge said it was unusual, but it happened five times to us and was very frustrating. We finally had our pass replaced with garage pass that was not connected to our room key.

Slight damp smell. Room phone wasn’t working. Unable to access the room balcony. Toilet flushing issues. Reno’s are needed, was not as advertised online.

Basic stay

The room was clean but it needs some renovations. The AC/heat unit woke me up in the middle of the night about was extremely noisy. I found a switch to turn the vent off. The view from my room was nice. The window in the living room was broken in the open position.

The suite we had was spacious, with a lot of light and clean. Very close to Yorkville area, subway shops and restaurants.
