Good stay

This is a clean budget-friendly motel. It is an older property, but it was comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

The price is good, and it's not far from downtown Toronto (about 30 minutes driving). What I dislike is the strong smell of air freshener and very noisy AC, which makes it hard for me to fall asleep.

Property was damaged and left in poor condition from previous tenants. No chain lock and broken door handles on the bathroom left the place feeling unsafe. The air conditioner also kept leaking water.

No elevator. No checkins before 3pm. If you check in prior, you’ll be asked to pay $15/hr until it's 3pm. The room was nice, decent amount of parking All in all. The stay was pleasant

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel about as expected for a two star budget hotel. Room was ok. Worn but, clean enough and fridge and microwave were nice, unexpected amenities. The bed was horribly uncomfortable however. Very hard and the quality was two star as well. If not for that I would consider staying again, but for someone with a back issue, the mattress was definitely a no-go.
