We left our bed unmade and there were pajama's on it. The maid refused to make our bed and left a note stating she was no allowed to if there were things on the bed. There was a woman, everyday, almost all day, in the lobby who sat and talked to herself (or her imaginary friend) each day. Made for a very uncomfortable stay and left me wondering what other unhinged people you let stay there.

Most of the staff were friendly and tried to assist with concerns. I did not like the hotel's room cleaning service - I was told that rooms were only cleaned every other day (instead of every day). I checked in on a Saturday and my room was not cleaned until the following Tuesday, after I requested to have it cleaned.

Front desk staff asked me “whatsup” on the phone. Hotel was in bad confition, shower door completely off rails Beddings were old and dirty. Room service did not bring the towel as requested, we had to call reception again.

The best customer service you could have asked for

I'm a disabled customer. My flight from Denver to Toronto was delayed for few hours and I didn't get in to Toronto until 1 AM! There was no taxi, nobody around so the airport worker who pushed me in the wheel chair called the hotel customer service worker and he/she sent a shuttle to pick me up in 10 minutes. Wow!! that was the best customer service!! Thank you so much

Clean enough and close proximity to the airport. Loud and got zero sleep as Indians were yelling whole night and walking between rooms. Kids screaming and adults were loud and smoking pot. Annoying!

We stayed the night before our early morning flight. Location was convenient! However, a party of Indians were yelling all night and we had to get up at 3 AM. Basically, the noise stoped at 2:30 AM so we had zero sleep, waste of money for the room to get some rest before the flight. We told the staff at checkout and he said he has to investigate. The place is small and surely he could hear the loud noise himself as people were going between rooms and yelling. I asked him to check the cameras as the party had several rooms going back and forth and he made some excuse and kept saying he will investigate! Anyhow, probably will never stay there again!

We only stayed one night, arrived after midnight and left early in the morning. Was good for what we needed. The shower head was hanging from the wall and around the bath tub needs updating. The rest was good. Small breakfast area, was to packed for us to get any food before leaving
