Upon checking in the room had a layer of dirt and some greasy substance on the table, and handprints/face prints smudged on the window Requested it cleaned and went out for dinner, came back to it looking slightly better but still noticeable. Next day we got a notice that water was shut off until 230, by 5pm we still didn’t have water so we checked out. Refunded the nights not spent but still charged the one night, and haven’t received my deposit back yet after 5 days. No apology or explanation. Only upside is knowing to never check in here again!

Terrible customer service. Lady name ‘Sabrina’ started accusing my husband for slamming the microwave when all he was doing was warming up the food. When I arrived they were renovating the room across the hall. I asked 2x if they would be done soon and if I could be moved . I was told no. There was furniture out in the hall in front of my door. I was very tired after a day of travel. Not happy at all
