The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, safe location. Some upgrading needed (rugs stained with bleach, our showerhead did not stay on the mount so had to be handheld). We ate at JCs Grillhouse which is inside the hotel near the front desk. Food was good, service was excellent. Overall, good option for the price.

Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay here. Staff was warm and friendly, and the room was clean. Hotel was also very affordable. On-site restaurant is also very convenient. Can't ask for more than this. Highly recommended!

Hotel in decline

Hallway rugs badly stained. Bar of used soap left in shower. Burn hole in tatty room armchair. General unkempt nicks in paintwork and overall appearance of hotel. I'll never stay here again.

I need my money back

Bad experience with this hotel, the person at the front desk on the call claim to be the manager. Their management don't reply to emails nor follow up with customers. I booked this hotel on 12 August to check in on 16th August, 5 minutes after paying, I realized that it was far from the venue i was attending an event, I called in to cancel and request a refund since i couldn't do it on their online platform. They referred me to hotels.com; when I called them, they called the hotel and we were told to wait between 24 to 72 hours for the refund to be processed. On 17th August i got an email that they couldn't refund anything, when i asked why, hotels.com told me the are still waiting for the hotel manager to reply to their email. I called the hotel again on 19th and all they told me was we can't refund you and you can't take us anywhere. I can't believe this is happening in Canada. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst customer service ever. Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham not to be trusted.

Nothing over the top, but nice when you walk in.. clean enough rooms not to complain about. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Our backs are both killing us.
