The lobby looks fine,but the room is so outdated, and have stain on the carpet and the chair, on top of that the air conditioning didnt really kick in until 3am, so the room was so hot. Also i didnt know this hotel also use COSTI (Centro Organizzativo Scuole Tecniche Italiane) Immigrant Services uses hotels as temporary

The hallway floors are dirty and stained. The carpet in the room was wet under the A/C unit. The room itself felt old and dirty, the comforter was stained. There was mould in the shower and smelt like mildew. The mattress was lumpy and squeaky. The hot tub was dirty. The pool was outdated and the railing into the pool was loose. The pool chair legs were rusted and appeared unsafe. The electrical outlet for the coffee machine and TV did not work.

We overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers some truly convenient and thoughtful amenities that made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. What We Loved: Guest laundry facilities were a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The mini store on-site was super handy for grabbing snacks and essentials. Having a restaurant right on the premises made meals simple and stress-free. The pool temperature was perfect, and we really appreciated the hot tub and sauna – a great way to unwind. The beds and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable – we slept very well. Surprisingly high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Plenty of free parking spots, which is rare and very appreciated in Toronto. The internet was fast and reliable, which was important for both leisure and work. What Could Be Better: The facility is overdue for renovations – especially in the hallways and common areas. Carpets in the halls were visibly dirty, and some of the furniture and walls could use a deep cleaning or replacement. We had to request extra towels twice – a minor inconvenience, but notable. As three women with long hair, we found the mini shampoo and conditioner bottles insufficient. Full-size options (or at least larger quantities) would be much more practical for guests like us. Final Thoughts: Despite some cosmetic and housekeeping issues, we found this hotel to be a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

Only about 30-40 mins from zoo and downtown Toronto. Great location for great price. Expectations were not high for such a good price. Some stains on rugs and sheets.

Was only staying for for two days for a wedding to attend, so really just needed a place to put my things away and crash. Appreciated that the place was clean, had ample free parking, gym, pool, polite staff, and convenient in room amenities like a microwave and fridge. Would be nice to have a safe. Hallway had a strong funky smell, at times but other than that, I thought this place did its job for someone who just needed a place to crash for two days.
