Was a great place for an overnight. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. The floors in the room could have used a quick mop to make it 100%.

I went there by 5 pm and there system was down then told me very rudely come back after one hour like are you serious. I went back around 6:30 and there literally 6 guests waiting for check out they again wasted my one hour just to check in. Finally, i got a room and room wasn’t clean properly then they changed my room. The turban guy was really nice helped me alot.

Surprises!

First off, very high deposit required, higher than room rate. Second, my room was not cleaned but they did give me another one within10 minutes. Overall, despite the poor start its a good value for that location near Sherway Mall in Toronto.
