The room was on the smaller side, as expected, but beds were large and comfortable. Above all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Kohei at check in. Also, the adjacent restaurant has excellent cheese, salads, pizza and very friendly staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the lobby with checking in and out. Location was great for getting to all the local restaurants, shopping areas and subway stations. Laundry machines had some issues, and house keeping was hit or miss, from day to day, but all the normal room accommodations and clean towels were never a problem. Will stay here again.
