My flight was 8 hours late getting in. So on the plus side, they didn’t cancel my room. But checking in at 5:15am, I asked if I could get a late check out. She said I had to ask the day staff. So after 3 hours sleep, I called and asked them if I could extend my check out. They said yes, but I had to go do it right then. So much for getting any sleep

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!

Great great location! Very safe. Close to metro and other restaurants, shops etc. staff was super kind and helpful at the bar, restaurant, bellmen and front desk- all outstanding customer service. Breakfast was great! Excellent coffee. The room was clean and the bedding as well. Gym and pool were well equipped and very clean. The only complaints I have are they could have coffee maker in the room and brighter lighting. My room felt dark and it’s hard when doing some work in there. Those two items would make it more comfortable for a business traveler. I’d definitely stay here again but would say add the coffee maker in the room.
