The room walls and doors were very dirty. The customer service was good.

The property is clean and the young man at the front was kind.

This place was clean with clean sheets, towels, microwave and fridge despite other places that carry the same name that has flaws. This property is very well maintained, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The owners are welcoming and friendly if am in the area and need a place to stay I will definitely be staying here. Deborah

I had a disappointing experience with the night-time front desk service during my stay. I called ahead to ask a question and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes before I ultimately hung up. I tried calling back a few minutes later, but no one answered. When I arrived to check in, I waited several minutes at the front desk before the same representative emerged from the back office, still on her cell phone on what appeared to be a personal call. I want to note that this was not representative of my entire stay. The morning front desk representative was pleasant, helpful, and provided excellent service. The inconsistency between shifts was disappointing, and I'd encourage management to address the night-time front desk experience.

It appeared they only use one section of the hotel over and over and over again to put all guest leaving 80% of the hotel vacant therefore that part became rundown. I’m sure the other 80% was very nice but hard to tell take a hard pass
