The walls and ceiling are paper-thin. We could hear our neighbour in the next room snoring and the kids in the room upstairs playing - starting at 630 AM on the dot every day. One of the reading lights was broken and the USB port wouldn't work. Lighting otherwise was horrible. The bed area was dark unless the curtains were open. The hand soap in the bathroom was replaced every single day which was weird and wasteful. Not worth the money.
