Very clean and welcoming. But this place could be improved with the some updates. There were NO USB charging ports or plugs anywhere in the hotel. I travel often and always have a USB cord to charge my phone or tablet when needed. Could not do that at this hotel. Aside from being outdated, it was a pleasant stay.

It is decent. Carpets look like it needs cleaning. Don't like the fact it had no kitchen. If the bathroom is in use there's nowhere to wash hands if eating something

Nothing a full breakfast should be complimentary especially being from out of town and couldn't get no towels to bath in the morning 🤔

I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle, and unfortunately, that was only the beginning of an awful experience. I messaged the hotel the day before my arrival, again early the morning of my arrival, and once more right before boarding my flight to confirm the shuttle arrangements. I received no response before my flight. The hotel finally responded while I was in the air. When I landed and called, I was told they did not have shuttle service available during the time of my arrival. Because of this, I had to pay $36 for a rideshare to the hotel. What made this even more frustrating was the response I received at the front desk when I explained that I had repeatedly tried to contact the hotel. The response was essentially, “Sorry, I don’t know who worked last night.” There seemed to be very little concern about the fact that I had made multiple attempts to confirm an advertised service and received no response. Had someone answered any of my messages, I could have planned accordingly or chosen another hotel. The condition of the hotel was just as disappointing. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a strong mildew smell. I have asthma, so this was particularly concerning and triggering for me. The smell was even worse in my room. The carpet was visibly stained, the floor felt damp, and the property overall did not feel very clean. There was also a noticeable smell resembling bug spray or pesticide. Overall, a horrible hotel stay!
