Great hotel in an excellent location — right by the beach. The rooms are very clean, and we stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was spacious enough for a family of four. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was delicious. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel for just 61 shekels, with unlimited in-and-out access. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially from Sean, who made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star.

Poor room condition and service

Our room had a few maintenance issues (some of them preventing us from taking a shower). We called for assistance, but had to call a few times before they finally arrived. The guy claimed to have fixed the problem, but then we realized that he did not (he didn't even check to see if the problem is fixed!). We were then notified that they will only be able to fix the problem on the next day, after we check out. What a poor service!

Great location with amazing sea/beach view. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Guy is very professional and made our check in process smooth. Room is very spacious for two. The gym is a bit basic and unfortunately the pool was closed. But we will visit again when back in TLV.

Even though it oddly protrudes from the base of a mini mall it’s one of the best options to anyone staying in Tel Aviv. First it’s south of the other hotels on busy Hayarkon street which makes it an easier access by car or by cab Second the rooms are very large and a family can easily take a junior suite these rooms have luxurious bathrooms and large closets. Third because it sits on top of a mini mall all the rooms start higher. Fourth it has a parking lot with direct access which is incredibly convenient. Fifth their breakfast buffet is excellent. Last the staff is very nice very helpful. So depending on your needs but if you don’t care for a super grand super fancy lobby that serves nothing but card about location convenience and cleanliness it’s the great deal.
