Stayed at Flamingo for a IKF competition. Upon arriving the road/street to the casino was absolutely horrible. A huge pothole in front of the parking garage resulted in me needing to take my vehicle to the dealership to get checked out. Definitely ruined the onset of my vacation. Rest of my stay was decent. Check-in was confusing becasue they had kiosk but nobody there to help you understand what was going on. Line to check-in is always long. Upon checkout the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Luggage carts were not available at check in nor check out. This was a huge inconvenience and resulted in having to make multiple trips to my vehicl3.

I have stayed at Harrah's multiple times, and I love the place. I have stayed in more expensive resorts, but Harrah's has prime location, excellent staff. And clean amenities. I can't ask for more thank you Harrah's.

There were limited breakfast choices. The food court did not have one place opened for breakfast and a few of the places were closed during rather weekdays. The accommodations were quite nice, clean and larger the the average hotel room.

The hotel was ok, not many sun beds by the pool ( you have to pay for a day bed and there are more of them.) The drinks are very expensive $28 for two small beers! The room was serviced every other day but we weren’t informed of this at check in. In fact we weren’t given much information at check in. There was no coffee / tea in the room and only two of our family could log into the free wi-fi which was poor. We were woken one morning by a reoccurring siren through the intercom in our room. I had to ring reception to find out what was happening and she had told me it was a security alarm. It would have been more helpful if they put an announcement through the intercom so not to panic guests.

Everything was great and easy to be there for a nice night or two! I do not like the webcam check in, it just feels so much less connected. I know it works for the staff, but it’s an odd dystopian feeling! Staff was nice, room is good! Good price and area!

The property is great. The location is perfect. The room was outstanding. Checkin is an absolute nightmare!!! Took us an hour from arrival to get our room. It's all done online, nobody to greet you. I saw one person in 4 days on the property. Requested fresh towels sent a text message had to send it again 8 hours later. Finally, got our towels.
