When I saw the outside of this motel, I was apprehensive. But we were pleasantly surprised at the inside cleanliness and appearance of the room. It has been updated and was appealing. We enjoyed a good night's sleep.

It’s not exactly like the pictures but the rooms were great. Cute decor, comfortable beds and a huge bathroom! Very nice having the fridge and microwave in the room. Check in is the best! Got a text with our room number and code to the door so we could check in at any time after three!

The room was really cute and had everything we needed. I was really happy that the tv already had a roku hooked up, i usually bring my own but i forgot. So i was extremely happy they already had one. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

Check-in was easy and room was cute. The fridge was dirty. There was an ice bucket but no ice machine, and there were dead insects in the ice bucket. The coffee machine did not work. The signal for the tv was terrible. It kept buffering and would kick us off of the streaming network until we finally gave up on watching tv. There was no light in the shower, and when you pulled the shower curtain shut it was so dark in there that you could hardly see.

the rooms were very small the pillows cases looked dirty found hair on the bed sheets there was bat outside my window. they need to pressure wash the outside of building the cement was full of stains and filthy. it could be a good place to stay but they to wash all bedding between stays. and mop floors I used a hand towel to wipe down the bathroom floor and it was black with dirt. They need to let people know that the pictures on the internet are the ones for the apartment all other rooms are tinyand uncomfortable

Disappointing Despite Convenient Booking Process

We recently booked our stay at Cascade Lake Inn through Hotels.com which was a smooth and convenient process. We appreciated receiving a welcome text along with a key code for easy check-in, but unfortunately, our experience took a downturn upon arrival. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a few gentlemen who had their doors open, music playing, and even an electric skillet cooking dinner on the porch with an extension cord using the outlet just outside our room. It felt intrusive, and I was uncomfortable being in such close proximity to their setup. No disrespect to them as I am sure they are working in community and most likely are staying there as more of an extended stay. On a positive note, the room itself inside was decent, for the price which I appreciated. However, the surroundings were unsettling enough to overshadow that aspect of our stay. The "welcome text" encouraged us to reach out if we had any issues, but unfortunately, the management was unresponsive. We attempted to call the provided phone number, left a message, and received no reply. This lack of communication added to our disappointment. We were uncomfortable enough to forgo the cost of the room and take our business to another location.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Room was clean. Very little noise considering the amount of traffic during the day. The only problem we encountered was the air conditioner would shut off randomly and not turn back on without having to power it off then back on again. I would stay here again.
