We were only there for one night. But the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff was great. Tim, Roger and Winter as the pool staff were amazing. The rooms were large and had everything you needed. The staff fixed and got us what we needed quickly. The amenities were great for kids. The hotel is starting to show it's age, as a few things needed repair. The TVs did not work properly, the shampoo dispenser was broken, closet doors, and the toilet water stopper was also broken.

I really love this property! There has been several upgrades to the property but appears to be DIY meaning that certain finishes do not appear professionally done. The staff was very friendly and the resort is quiet. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing hotel and a great value in a location you can't beat. Only gave it 4 starts this time because my room was 75 degrees night one and kept changing the thermostat and it never cooled. Found out next day they temporarily deactivated thermostat and I needed to adjust from the unit. For being a newer hotel I would have liked to be informed and would have been fine with it as I had no idea.

The lodge was a little like going back in time which we were okay with because we were off on adventures all day. There were multiple pools at varied depths which were great for my kids. They loved the plank walkway and slide with the waterfall and basically had the pool to themselves the entire time we were there. We had a beautiful creek view off our balcony and the room was very spacious. So nice to have a continental breakfast before travels for the day and the pool hours were late which was nice after a hot long day outside. Enjoyed it.
