It was really nice place to stay

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg was absolutely amazing and the perfect bornday getaway. Even though our room wasn't ready right away, Sarah at the front desk went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, and gave us a discount at the Altitude restaurant, which made us feel really taken care of. We even got a room upgrade, which made things extra special. The balcony view of the Smoky Mountains was beautiful, and we loved relaxing at the pool, especially with the cabanas and the bar overlooking Gatlinburg. The Altitude restaurant was excellent every time we ate there. And the bathroom deserves its own praise. The gold and marble design looked modern and stylish, and the Zenology bath products with aloe and vitamins made my skin feel super soft. Overall, every detail, from the amenities to the views, made it feel like a five-star experience. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable Smoky Mountain stay.
