The bathroom floor looked dirty but the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean with good water pressure. I didn’t like that we had a room right in front of the pool and you could hear everything. Also, you either pulled the blackout curtains which felt like a cave or you opened them so everyone could look in as they walked by. We loved the warm pool that was crystal clear. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were so happy they offered it! Sadly the 3 dollar pancakes were overcooked and not good with margarine. The eggs were reconstituted. The icy orange juice was a full 16 ounces and the best! And the service was great! Because the pancakes and eggs were bad we opted never to return with 100s of better options all around. Corkys barbecue was a great dinner option! Check in was great and the lady so sweet, let us check in early! And we loved the location-on the edge of all the crazy where I prefer.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.

Over all good to stay

I have booked the river view room and upon my arrival I was told that someone changed it and I had to stay in regular room. No apologies rather rude front desk staff !!! I will never visit this nor recommend my friends and family!

We had a great time… spotted a couple bears but no trouble!!! Didn’t have enough trash bags or toilet paper for more than one day and we stayed a week so prepare fr that stove was crazy knobs didn’t match heat settings

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We loved the wood floor in the room. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We liked that the hotel was off of the main road but still within walking distance of many places on the main road in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was quick on-the-go type food that worked well for 2 out of 3 of our mornings there. We decided to go to a restaurant as we left town on our last morning and have a big breakfast meal.

It was cozy, quiet and very relaxing. We enjoy our stay and didn't want to leave.
