This was our second time staying at this location. It has an older design and isn't the most modern property but it is well kept. The location is close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be nice and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay room was clean the company needs to looking in. To updating the rooms the exhaust. Fan in bathroom didn’t work toilet was too low tub needs to be replaced , enjoyed the balcony pool area was nice convenient for walking distance into town

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, has all the conveniences of home. We loved it!! The views are absolutely incredible. And seeing the Mama bear and her 3 little cubs in their natural habitat was indescribable. The staff were Amazing and there's plenty to do just on site. Highly recommend this place!!

Clean cabin, great stay

The room appeared clean overall . However, I did find broken glass in the kitchen, swept between the fridge & washer dryer. Our dvd player was broken on arrival and we requested the first 3 of 10 days to have it looked at- crickets. It’s spacious and comfortable and mostly quiet, unless your neighbors were noisy- ours were . Check in was horrible- day before July 4th . Check in was at least an hour behind. Only 1 elevator working to garage . The luggage carts were a commodity to be found. The parking is awful for people who have anything larger than a mid sized suv. The spots are way too tight !! We had no instructions on check in, just a paper on what to do for check out- and codes for WiFi, pool, and the gym . We had no idea that we could request more amenities that we went out and purchased instead, when we realized after day 3 there was no housekeeping so I started washing my own towels . At that point, I found a QR code on the fridge- and when I went to laundry about day 5, which is not open at all hours, I saw they had all the amenities. We had no idea that was even a thing, nor knew that we could request daily! Once we figured all that out, it was much better, but our shower “ fix” was driving my husband crazy. The room could use a few touch ups with paint and the shower area and the parking sucks so bad, but we would stay again, maybe just on ground floor now that we know what to do.
