Excellent service and location ..love it

Staff were nice

Beautiful property, big spacious space. As a foreign travelor I would have appreciated a QR code or trash bags to help separate trash correctly. I fear they may pry on foreigners who do not know how to properly separate trash in order to charge fees. The people working the desk at check in were rude and unhelpful, unfriendly. Everything about the room was nice, clean and would stay again.

It was very clean and much more than what we expected. We travel to Busan almost every month or even every week for work so it was a nice find. Maybe the only confusing part for us t was that we were given not exactly the same type of room shown in the photos. The one we stayed in was ideally nice and perfect but didn't have that extra bed room nor jacuzzi. Anyhow we didn't need them either so we'd be happy to be back any time we're in Busan!

This hotel is very nice and clean at a great location. It’s very convenient to walk around and lots of food options Staff are very friendly and professional. Our room is very spacious. They provide water bottles every day and lots of clean towels.
