The pillow was too low and small. When asked two more pillows for myself and my wife, the front asked extra charge. The noise from outside was loud enough prevented us from keeping us awake. We used ear plugs to make a sleep. When checked in the morning, it was from the heat pumps. There were large number of heat pumps two level down of the window.

The room is very clean, Break fast is good.

Amenities are okay. If you get oasis package, you can only go in once. So once to workout, use the pool and so on. Outdoor pool extra cost. Overall, okay but just know the extra fees if planning a swimming holiday. Was a relaxing stay overall once we know the restrictions
