Good Place to Stay
It was a good stay. Staff were very helpful. The Inn is pretty dated and rooms are a little small. Bathrooms need updates and remodeling. Everything was clean and the staff was great. Disappointed that they did not have complimentary breakfast
No front desk at all. You feel like you're in prison, waiting with 3-4 families to use a single kiosk. At least put in a few more if you're trying to save the $20/hr in hiring a nice local person, put multiple kiosks as it takes min 15min per room IF you have a reservation. If not, it takes up to 30m as the scanner on it is constantly falling and guests then need to type everything in on a failing touchscreen. It took us 45min to get checked in with only 1 person in front of use (no reservation) and by the time we were done, there were 4 more groups behind us piling up in the cramped front door area and it felt like prison.
Besides that, the A/C seems to be hacked so it keeps turning off so we had to wake up and keep turning it off and on the first nite. The maintenance guy even said 'this is modified on purpose'. That's just shady and it was the entire of the theme of this place:
Purposely cutting corners to save $5-10 each room.
It's really sad as the rooms and building are nice enough to be a 3star tbh, if they just treated it that way. The workers seem ok but there's no sense of hospitality at all as they are more annoyed when you ask them for anything like missing towels in room (only 1). I don't believe this to be the workers fault but the tone set by management. Wifi is unusable so both my kids had to tether from my room. Parking is impossible after 10p.
Location, rooms (and beds) and building are great. Everything else horrible but fixable if they actually cared.
Staying for work. Location is good and nice cleanrooms!

Would stay again.
We had a nice stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I'm really picky about beds because of chronic pain. I slept GREAT. There wasn’t breakfast as advertised but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was too much for what it was but it’s very obvious that the building is being taken care of and that the folks running it are working hard to make a nice stay for their guests. Would stay again.
Service gets less than 5 stars for virtual check-in. While the person who handled it was fine and the issue was not with her, the lack of the personal touch detracted from our stay.

Dirty around the virtual checkin area. No person available to assist with questions.
Room was aging but passable.
Outdated, does require a deposit putting this out here because some people don’t know, it’s $100 and they say they let it go when the maid checks out but when we called after 11am, they said they released it at 11:44am. I do have a military bank so i don’t have the “ hold “ ex: paid early. Still haven’t received.
The ac is weird. Pretty sure it goes out at night or doesn’t get as low. Also very outdated.
Remote barely worked room 326 btw.
Crackhead surround the property, i was actually afraid my car was going to be broken into. People digging in the trash.
Spend $40 more go to the Hilton. I learned my lesson, let my mistake be your lesson. You already are going to be putting a deposit down for $100 so really , you have more spending money by like $60. I dont know, super weird.

If the property was non-smoking, people weren’t being compliant, but our room was fine. It was nicely decorated but I couldn’t help worrying about the “dip” in the bathroom floor with the loose tiles.
Older property that the owners are doing the best that they can, and if they succeed, it will be a gem!

Clean room but stains in tub and toilet. Alsp no front desk attendent at night or at checkout in the am. Good price, plenty of tv stations but np am coffee in lobby.
The location was great and the parking lot was large.
The elevator creaked, the hotel was dated and needed an upgrade, and I did not like the automated check in system and no personel at the front desk after 5pm
The facility could use updating especially the elevator and dingy hallways-was much better years ago when it was owned by Microtel. Also it was not easy to have check-in during week on Zoom-should have in person at desk at all times.
