Common areas were nice. Rooms are kind of outdated and not super clean. The elevator was also broken. I would not book this hotel again.

The staff here is what sells this place mostly. The price is okay, although maybe they should be even cheaper. Nice location, amenities and inside are not updated. I do not think they should spend the money to update, but I do think they should make sure things like someone else mentioning a jacuzzi not working and if the counter siding is coming off, stuff like that should be fixed. They keep the place clean even though there was pet odor during the weekend as it is a pet friendly hotel. The food is respectable for what it offered as part of the deal by staying overnight here. There was a dishwasher in my place, but I'm not sure if I missed the detergent or if I was expected to get some myself. I'm not sure if I was supposed to wash the dishes myself- as I did not have too much to wash, I just did it myself as best I could as I didn't want to have to deal with potential additional charges. I would stay again, but it's not my first choice unless I have a pet and/or children. I also don't typically have a room this nice, but I had work funds I had to use up.

Nice resort for a 2 night getaway trip

The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny. As nice as the breakfast was and the hostess, we won't return.

We had a two night stay , first night went well except when coming back from being gone all day 4:00 pm our room hadn’t been touched clean towels trash emptied, or bed made we managed to meet a cleaner in the hall to get clean towels, next night in middle of shower water stopped on me in the middle of shower , which meant my wife couldn’t shower The bright light was night manager Randy moved us to another room next door , wife taking shower found out no shampoo , body wash on the wall all empty.Randy did what he could but still waiting on his boss to contact us disappointed 🎂😠
