there is no staff, only the host. It is hard to get contact with the host. The pool is not on site, hard to find it. Parking is not onsite. Hard to get in. The wardrobe is unstable, it is almost fall when open it. Dangerous for kids.

Nice area, walking to downtown, big rooms, with decent kitchen, no TV, shower very tight you can pass from hot to cold water just by moving accidentally with your elbow. There is a bad odor coming from the water pipes in all the building (old installations).

In a perfect location our room was spacious, clean, comfortable & quiet. For a hotel on a budget it was excellent value for money. If I were to return I would definitely stay here. The entrance was very welcoming, and although our room was a little dated it was perfect and clean for our stay. There was water in the room, soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer available too. There is luggage storage and although we didn’t see any members of staff, they weren’t needed as the instructions were very clear.

Worderful apartment, responseful organised

Didn't sleep on Friday night. The bar played music till 2am which was audible in the room. Up out of the hard bed at 5 for my flight.

The apartment is generally run down. The furniture is older. We didn’t have enough towels, although there were a number of wet ones left on a drying rack when we arrived - we weren’t sure whether they were clean or just used. There was no hot water, so we emailed the owner but got no answer. We called on the second day and finally got a response. It turns out that instructions on how to turn on the hot water heater were supposed to be in the apartment but were not. Prior to check in, I had emailed questions directly and through Hotels.com but go no answer to my emails in the run up to our stay. The property is not expensive and it housed all six of us, but towels and hot water are a basic necessity for any apartment. If you send an email address for communication you should respond to it.

It’s OK here- not terrible, not great, just about ok for a couple of nights. It is well located being a short and pleasant walk from the old town and is a decent sized space on 6th floor with a washing machine and bath which are both positives. We had specifically booked this place due to it having private secure onsite parking for a fee. Messages to the host to enquire about reserving a spot were ignored and when we arrived it became apparent that no such parking existed. Again the host was uncontactable. We parked on meters on the street nearby but the parking the listing alludes to I think is a public carpark a few minutes walk away. I did receive an abrupt message at midnight just giving the address of a nearby carpark by which time we had sorted ourselves out. Had we have known we would need to find public parking on arrival I’m not sure this would have been our chosen accommodation as we could have done this anywhere and would have gone for something a little more modern. The bedding and towels were very old, tatty and musty smelling which really let the place down. The bed was actually unpleasant to sleep on due to the smell and there is no ventilation which doesn’t help. With a few tweaks and better communication this could be a great place but it isn’t at the moment. It wasn’t awful but I personally wouldn’t book here again.
