The staff was beyond helpful with needing a flexible check in. The room was lovely and very spacious. The grounds are well maintained.

They even upgraded our room for free. Love this hotel.

There were some garbage items that were left behind from previous renters. 1 Tv remote didn't have any batteries. Batteries were dead in the ceiling fan remote, upstairs toilet runs. We asked about an early check in, they said they’d take our name and number and give us a call when our villa was ready. At 3:30 we arrived, went in to ask if it was ready yet…we were told no and they’d call us when it was ready….again. 4:15 (check in time is 4:00) my husband decided to go back in and check if we could get in yet, the woman said “what, you’re not in your room already? I thought you were when you left the first time.” There was a lack of communication between the 2 desk clerks. We enjoyed our overall stay, but I’d probably look at other villa options first, next time.

The property was well maintained overall with well groomed lawns and plants. The room was very clean as well. The pool was also clean and well maintained with both the indoor and outdoor sections. The location of the resort was also very convenient as it was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants as well as the Red Rock state park. The one thing that was disappointing was the air conditioning not working in the upstairs section with the summer temperatures being over 90 degrees. We called maintenance and they said they couldn’t really do anything about it so we spent two nights sleeping in hot conditions making do with a couple of fans.

Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!
