Very helpful staffs

The stad lady was amazing, she helped a lot, forgot her name as I am making this review for my parents, but she are from Spain and my parents mention me she help them a lot.

Kind and helpful staff members. Well-maintained and clean rooms. Easy and comfortable access to many business centers, transportation, various shopping experiences, and eateries. Helpful information and support provided by the hotel — e.g., checking the luggage weight (there was a scale in front of the lobby entrance), airport bus schedule outlined in the lobby, and fresh espresso machine complimentary for hotel guests. Overall, safe and pleasant stay that I will consider revisiting. Thank you so much!
