Super clean and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and we truly appreciated the grab n go breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again and again!!!!

This is a very friendly, family owned business. As soon as we walked in, they made you feel like family. We spent 2 nights. And we were close to Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and so many scenic drives. Rooms were clean and the whole family loved the breakfast. We have a new place to stay when we come back!

For whatever reason the Lantern Inn had us getting there a day before our scheduled date so they had us down as a “No Show”. They said that they had had some issues with third party reservations and couldn’t call us. Anyway, when we arrived, it was confusing but they were amazing and made sure we were accommodated and made sure everything was good. It is such a friendly, nice place and, I never did catch her name, but the manager was soooo nice and soooo helpful. Great place.

We greatly appreciate the extra room for our 18' foot trailer. The grab and go breakfast had nice cereals, yogurt, juices and bread options. Staff members were all very nice and helpful.

Clean property, helpful staff, good breakfast. Centrally located near the local national parks and museums. Would recommend.
