The property was in an excellent location. The hotel seemed tired, needs upgrading, carpet in the room, furniture is dated, some peeling paint.
Good breakfast, lots of variety.

Rooms were comfortable with a large windows to enjoy the view.
There were lots of places to relax and enjoy the water view from hotel.
