Pretty Confortable

The house and the entire property were very clean. Very relaxing. The house was equipped with our needs. The owner/host was very prompt in responding to our queries. The price is reasonable. The pool staff was also very accomodating. Very spacious parking lot. We felt safe throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Me and my significant other went for two days to get away from the stressful day to day life we live. We purposely got the room with the jacuzzi in it to relax. First night jacuzzi doesn’t fill more than a quarter of the way. We deal with it say we will get it fixed for night two.we wake up in the am and say let’s go to the waterpark upon entering after paying 35 dollars each 70 plus in total we realized only two out of maybe six stations are in order the wave pool and the tubes which only two out of three were active so we basically paid 70 plus dollars for a glorified pool which is included with the hotel. The second night we asked to have the jacuzzi fixed she specifically asked if they had permission to enter the room we agreed and went to get something to eat. We went back to room jacuzzi wasn’t working we went back downstairs taking the stairs from the third floor cause the elevator only worked once in a while and she said yes they went but u didn’t answer we said we gave permission for them to enter the girl said omg it must of been a miscommunication so our jacuzzi was fixed close to 11 pm we checked out the next morning at 11 am when we spoke to the lady she said the Gm would refund u but we don’t know how much then when we saw we were only there two days she said he would refund a day I feel like I should get a full refund nothing works everything is broken including pool tables bowling everything didn’t work I will take it as far as I have to but I’m not paying

Great place to stay. I love the hotel. The reception was great

Overall was a good stay, but we did have a few hiccups. It doesn’t say on the listing or in any emails sent that you have to be 25yo+ to be on the booking. I booked the trip for family and last minute I had to get in contact with various agents because the host didn’t respond/give any warning and we hadn’t received our check in code. For the most part the listing was accurate but one of the arcade games didn’t turned on, the Wii didn’t work, and the dishwasher would turn on but shut off so we couldn’t use it. We tried using the fire place but we couldn’t figure it out. Cleanliness was pretty good inside and if you go during a chilly season, the hot tub is a +! We didn’t use the beach passes but if you’re looking for other lakes nearby, Beltzville State Park is beautiful and great for personal Jetskii’s or non-motor boat rentals.
