Very disappointed with such a reputed hotel on the strip. Incourteous unhelpful rude staff. Internet not working, didn't get toiletries inspite of requesting the housekeeping twice. Won't be going there again.

The hotel was quite convenient with the tram in operation from moving around the strip. The beds were very comfy. I dont know if this hotel do offer mini fridges to be in the room. But besides that a very quiet hotel and smells like fresh baked cookies is a plus.

Clean room, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room AC could have been better, it was warm in the room.

Our stay was great! Great location, easy access to the monorail. Genuinely the only negative was the smell of the cleaning stuff they use in the rooms- it is so insanely strong. I’m it’s better than the alternative smells that it’s trying to cover up, 😅 but it soaked into our clothes and luggage which was not ideal.

Front desk agent upgraded us to a suite. The property had lots of places to eat, drink, and gamble. First time staying here, definitely would stay here again 🙌
