Everything was great

Great staff, good breakfast. Some pool was closed and it was very warm. It is posted that housekeeping was every second day but they only emptied out garbage on the 2nd day even though we were there for longer.

The floors were dirty. The pool was shut down. There wasn’t a great smell in the hotel. Employee was always on a smoke break and didn’t attend to people right away waiting at the front door desk. Beds were good. Fridge had no freezer. Breakfast was good one morning and kept clean and stocked but the next morning when a different employee was there everything was running out and left empty for a while. No forks for a long time for example. Parking underground was nice. Elevator stopped working at one point and was very slow and small but otherwise was fine. The AC was not always working.

My room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I couldn’t get entry door open so had to use another, the carpets in hallways and on stairs are dangerous due to warping and holes, breakfast wasn’t great, I had to go out of hotel to find somewhere, waiting to check in was miserable, the wait was well over half an hour. Price for my room was good tho. The hotel needs better upkeep if it wants to stay in business.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean and quiet.

This must be the best place to stay in Great Falls. It was a real treat!
