The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, there is parking for one car associated with each room.

I rented a one bedroom place. It had a very homey feel to it. If you wanted to, you could close the bedroom off with the French doors. The nightstand came equipped with a lamp you could use for charging you phone. If someone was using the bathroom, you can use the sink, countertop and mirror right outside the bathroom, you just have to be careful with the tv right outside the bathroom. It has a full kitchen and small porch. There’s a gas fire pit not too far from the office. It’s about 10 minutes from Acadia National Park’s Hulls Cove entrance and also near the main part of town. Unfortunately I have some complaints. The ceiling fan light didn’t work and we were told they couldn’t fix it right away. The edges of the carpet under the coffee table was folded up a little and could be a tripping hazard. The light switches should be labeled, there were a couple that we couldn’t make sense of. We were told someone would come to straighten up the place everyday and no one came. The garbage pail was overflowing. I tried for a few weeks to get in touch with the manager. I left a message a few times with the office, nobody got back to me. I then was told to email them and they still didn’t get back to me, so I called again, and still no one got back to me. It’s very unprofessional. Hopefully after they see my review, they’ll get back to me.

What I did not care for was the checkout time should be at least 11:00. The check-in time is 4. 10:00 is just too early. Need to fix the TV stand so it doesn't want to fall off the cabinet. Probably shouldn't brag about how your coffee in your room is so terrible,also was disappointed that the little breakfast was 12.99 because we were Expedia customers. Other than that clean room basic decent view

We stopped in Bar Harbor for 2 nights on our was back from a week in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The inside of the unit was nice. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped with necessities. The pictures showed a balcony. There was not one in our unit. The unit is on a side street above a pizza shop and laundromat. The view was of the gas station. I thought the price was high for the surroundings but Bar Harbor is very crowded with tourists everywhere and I believe it is an expensive area. Parking was tight. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. One issue was there was no time stated for breakfast in the unit write up and I read the restaurant was open till 2 pm. We went for breakfast after 11 am and was told they were only serving lunch. Since lunch was the same price as breakfast, initially the restaurant would not allow us free lunch. We called the unit management and they graciously allowed us to have free lunch. Grateful for their help. We had an issue Saturday night. The pizza shop was playing very loud thumping music from 9 pm until till 12:30 am. I called and texted a few contacts of the condo management before I got a response. They were unable to quiet the situation after many calls and texts until I became more stern after midnight. Then it stopped at 12:30 am. They promised a refund for the night and I’m told they are working on it. We are 72 and 79 years old so driving to Boston on little sleep was not ideal.
