This hotel was perfect for 4 days in Chicago to explore. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was an added bonus and the rooftop bar was great! Staff here were always so pleasant and helpful being quick to take your bags, press the button for the elevator and helping with checking in quickly and using the express checkout; never did we have to wait or ask for assistance. The room was perfect (clean, spacious) and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Muriel at the front desk made our 54th Anniversary memorable as she upgraded our room to a suite and sent a bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates to our room plus a voucher for oysters at the restaurant. Kudos to her for being so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much!!

Quiet room, with plenty of space to relax. Great location on the Mag Mile. Breakfast cost was very high and there are other smaller neighborhood breakfast spots to go to. Bar/lounge was great. Did not eat there for dinner but menu looked good.

Not for family it will work for chilling with your ex or old friends

This was a first time visit for my husband and I for our 42nd Wedding Anniversary. When I approached the hotel check-in I was greeted with a hello and a smile from RAQUEL! I was asked if this was my first time visiting and my response was no so the front desk agent gave me all the information required and thanked my for choosing Wind Creek for our anniversary. I then spoke with 2 bellmen, Joseph and Mark who explained the elevators, room key, restaurant locations andthe tunnel to and from parking garage.
