Convenient location and clean property with helpful staff. Breakfast is so-so (all instant or boxed/canned items) which, with some really good breakfast restaurants near by, makes the motel option kinda second tier. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Nice location and staff, but hotel is being remodeled so limited parking. Breakfast was fine and we had popcorn/cookies/water available when we arrived. Bed not as comfortable as most Hamptons. Not quite the value for the price paid.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there were water leaks in the bathroom and the sink! The air conditioner was dirty and piece of broken plexiglass were all over it!
