Upon arriving our room smelled like smoke so was given another room. All towels were not completely dry, all damp. Tv picture came in and out with pixels, reported it and was told all tv’s were doing that. As far as breakfast, toast but no jelly, first day pancake machine didn’t work, lukewarm milk. Room was never refreshed, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper daily as there was 4 of us. Floors needed updating and vacuumed. Ice machines didn’t work. On the upside…..front desk personnel were accommodating as much as they could be, they were very polite. Area was safe, quite and easy to get to.

My room was not even clean when I arrived. Dirty towels all over the room and the bed still not made up from the last person. Trash still in the cans. the entrance smells of smoke. They gave me another room but it still is not the cleanest. But luckily I’m only here for a night. And there is used soap on the room. I hate being mean but this is not good.

The property is nice for a hotel. I feel like they need to invest a lil better with breakfast options and hiuse keeping can be just a tad bit better with linen. The staff was very Good and i felt safe while staying here over all

Loved the area. Right across from Wally’s and has a White Castle right down the street. 20 minutes from Six Flags St. Louis. The pool is nice too! Only not so great thing was tv was had horrible connect to the cable. I recommend bringing a device to stream on. Also, the shower kept switching from hot to cold water. Other than that, we really enjoyed everything else.

Booked a King room; given 2 Queens. Woman at front desk not friendly. No ice bucket. Coffee maker in room did not work. Only one flimsy bath towel. Would not stay again.

Gross hotel

At checking we were given a dirty room. Right when you walk in the room had dirty towels, trash all over the nightstand, trash by the television, and trash spread in the bathroom. Went to the lobby to ask for a clean room. About 10 minutes later was given another room. In the new room had someone’s dirty underwear left on the floor. Hair under our sheets. A big puddle of water by the bathtub in the bathroom. And no soap to wash our hands. No refund was given.
