The location was reasonably convenient but not one of the better neighborhoods of Valletta. That’s about the best part of the stay. There was no starter supplies like, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, oil etc.. so that we don’t have to go looking for essential things when we arrive after a long trip. Detergent, etc., were available at the reception which was only attended sporadically and not after 4 PM. Most guest house / apartment stays have basic starter amenities like coffee and tea supplies (some even have coffee maker). We lost WiFi on our second day, and to top it off we also lost power on the second evening. We had to leave well before we planned to so that we could go somewhere with power and ac. Overall our most unpleasant hotel stay in a long time - even allowing for the heat wave. We will not be recommending this place.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff!

We only stayed onenight, but the hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. We needed a taxi at 3.45 am and they ordered for us and it was there early. All very happy

This was a late booking due to a power cut in Valletta. The staff at check in were very helpful. We arrived very quickly after booking and they didn’t have the rooms that I had booked ready. But they resolved this very quickly. The only downside to the stay was the air con in the room wasn’t the best.

We were wow’d the moment we stepped into this gorgeous, unique property. The owners, Lulu and Clive were so hospitable and you could tell the attention to detail from the unique, eclectic lobby to the courtyard with swimming pool. Out room was equally stunning. We booked the one with a jacuzzi- a small living area, separate bedroom area, and spiral staircase to a surprise cavernous room w a jacuzzi! Everything was perfect! Bathrobes, fluffy towels and luxury bath products, this hotel was better than most of the 5 star hotels we stayed at! And it’s only 10 minutes to Mdina and 15 mins to the airport. We absolutely loved it !!!

This hotel is really lovely and the staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurants are all very good with plenty to choose from on the menu and in all great locations, The main bar is lovely as you can sit inside and outside. The pools are well maintained and managed. Breakfast is well organised however it would be great to have better consistency with the waiting staff offering hot drinks when you get seated, The bedrooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff look after you well. The furniture is a little dated and the rooms could benefit from a coffee machine and more in-room refreshments. Everything is very clean, tidy and comfortable, The signage in the hotel is quite confusing when you’re crossing towers but you very quickly find your way around. The shop is a useful amenity also, and although the gym was could it could benefit from more equipment.
