The hotel is well maintained. The room balcony was spacious. We opted for a club room. Club lounge was fully stocked with soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea and basic snacks. Breakfast was excellent, with full variety of cooked and cold food. Due to mild weather We used the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was beautiful with beautiful views of the city and the sea. The staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service

Wonderful hotel the nicest most helpful staff on reception, in the bars , the concierge lady Justin at the front door everyone couldn't have been more helpful . The housekeeping team everyone always a cheerie hello or good evening. Tim on the roof top bar doing a great job service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again 100% recommend this hotel .

The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and my room is very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service provided by all the staff — everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the doormen were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff at the Hyatt Regency could not be faulted and made the stay above and beyond a normal boutique hotel. Everything was as described, the room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent meals and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Car parking was free in a densely populated area and it was easy to drive around the island. I hope I can return.

Great location for a few nights in Malta

Overall impressed with this hotel. Bed firm, big and comfy. Good selection for breakfast and staff very nice and helpful. Hotel is in an excellent area - very ‘up and coming’ good for shopping, restaurants etc.
