Disappointed. I thought I booked the Quility Inn on the lake and they directed me to one next to a truck stop. It was old And not at all what the picture showed. The picture you’re showing now is NOT the hotel we were directed to. There’s 2 Quality Inns in St. Ignace and they don’t show correct pictures when booking. I will NEVER book with you again.

When we checked in i didnt know you couldnt pay with cash and it was cards only. The pool was cloudy and kinda slippery on the bottom. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good to! (Ive never stayed at a hotel with fresh strawberries and blueberries for the waffles. Over all it was very nice stay and i would stay again!

The bathroom needs remodeling. The toilet is EXTREMELY LOW. It was was extremely hard for me to get up from that low toilet. I will ask for a handicap room going forward hoping the toilet is higher.

The staff were incredible. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The only complaint I have was the dining area was incredibly crowded where the food was and difficult to even get to the microwave because a table was in the way. Also the floor in the dining area, where the food was had not been cleaned for a few days. It was very sticky And I noticed it for two days in a row. However, I did tell the staff about it on the second day and they took care of it.

We liked the size of the room and that it was very clean. We love that they allowed dogs. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance which is also great after a long drive. We would stay here again.

I thought I had booked the Quality Inn that was on the water, but this one was right off the highway. Despite that, it was quiet. The rooms need to be upgraded - heavy wear, mold in shower ceiling, veneer missing from wood, etc. Staff at check in was good, in the morning the gentleman at the desk was busy looking at his phone.

We stay here often but this hotel needs an upgrade, very musty smelling and outdated, especially for the price. It is safe and wuiet. Clean just musty.

Cozy & Comfortable Stay

The room was comfortable and relaxing. However- the cigarette smell in the lobby bothered me each time I went outside. The furniture was outdated but it was overall cozy.
