We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. The Breakfast was mediocre, I was underwhelmed by the lack of quality. The rooms were very clean and the property was clean. Staff were kind and pleasant.

Courtyard St. Cloud
The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour).

GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel - Saint Cloud
Breakfast was very tasty while supllies lasted... cleanliness of room was decent while there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the toaster catch trey was unclean with what looked like mold. Overnight staff memeber was absolutely awesome, very friendly and helpful.

Flannel bottom sheet and cotton top sheet. Flannel was pilled. Metal items were rusted. Tub was gross. Carpet was stained. Someone vacuuming or running some machinery at 10:30 PM. Outdoor sign advertises pool with water slide but pool was out of commission. The staff was nice.
