This hotel had a lot of positives-but there were two issues I wish I’d known, as it would have impacted our decision as to where to stay. First, the rooms where you can park outside your door are right ON I95, with the semi and general traffic noise louder than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The expressway was less than 100 yards away from our room. The second thing that was very frustrating was their televisions. They had no cable, not even basic - and the streaming apps were pretty poor. I don’t know if it was their bandwidth or television memory, but you couldn’t add apps - all we got was an error message “buffering”. When traveling access to local and national weather is critical for decision making, and the choices available on the television here included neither. No local news, no local weather, no national weather even!

The property was wonderful. Pool, Hot Tub and a small gym. Pet friendly with a fenced dog area right outside our room. Was convient for our visit with family in St. Augustine.

Stayed one night. Booked this hotel for the hot tub. It was broken. The next day, it was fixed, but visibly dirty. Decided not to stay another night. The parking lot and pool area was loud truckers who did not speak english. The room was very nice, and staff was professional & friendly. Still, the pool was not heated and the hot tub was broke. This was a deal breaker for me. Also, the TV was hard to figure out.
