This was a clean place to stay. No issues at all. The shuttle service was very convenient and flexible. Make sure you ask for a ticket from the office for the shuttle. Breakfast was satisfying.

Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.

Perfectly away from the trap but close enough to everything. Good clean room and well operating shower. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast standard Waffle ordered eggs and wet sausage patties. One and done kind of thing.

Definitely a dated property. Was charged to park in their parking lot even with a reservation. Rooms were a bit “dingy” , found a pillow with blood on one of the beds, and the property definitely needs to be updated. Breakfast left much to be desired. Staff were nice enough. Close to downtown, for a night in a pinch it will do.

Everything about the hotel is okay. Nothing is especially good or bad, just okay. New ownership and some things about the property have declined in importance with the new owners (i.e. breakfast quality, landscaping, general maintenance). There are now additional fees for parking (per car, pets) so your rate may be higher than you expected. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t stay here again, because the room was clean, but I would look at other options next time.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch. My kids enjoyed the pool but it is very deep. Room was clean. We had an issue and it was fixed in a timely manner. The property as a whole needs some TLC but it is located less than 10 mins from the historic area.

Met with a parking fee which is just a money grab scam as there is plenty of parking. Typical half the motel is empty but let’s put you in the back building upstairs between 2 other occupied rooms. So you have to carry your stuff up the stairs for zero reason. Breakfast was there but not much. Room was pleasantly nice though and ac was great for a change in a motel room.

We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating around in it. The rooms were clean and the staff at the desk was great, they let us check in a little early. They had a nice breakfast too. There were people doing work around the place so maybe it'll be ship shape in no time.

Very basic, but had everything we needed. Nice, free breakfast, pool ...older but well maintained property with a lot of charm. and excellent if you are traveling with pets. Good value for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful.
