The overall property looks like it’s going to be very nice, but we had multiple issues. The main issue is there was no hot water for 2 days. It was a cold week and them having no hot water was genuinely terrible and the hotel did not care. They had their maintenance guy trying to fix it instead of a professional which I’m sure led to the delay and they didn’t offer any way to try and make it right. Just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry about it. On top of that, we found 3 roaches in our towels. The water pressure was low & warm at best the first day before the hot water broke. Housekeeping didn’t do anything to our room outside of swapping towels. The last things wouldn’t have motivated me to write a review but the hot water was infuriating and the hotels lack of initiative to try and make it right.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast area great and the lobby, the room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea view. The staff are friendly. The gym was also a very well equipped gym. Problems: housekeeping needs serious improvement, they don't have enough staff so rooms are not cleaned on time. The restaurant does not operate between breakfast time and 5pm so you spend the whole day at the pool without any drinks or food. Kind of silly to expect your guests to order Deliveroo when you have a beautiful pool open all year. Gym was never replenished with towels and some days had no water either. The bathroom had a constant bad smell of drainage and water pressure was very poor.

Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back.
