Springwater Vacation Packages

It’s such a cute and cool place. This is my second visit: very dusty, hard and uncomfortable mattress, no hot water in the bathroom sink, and a persistent fly who really wanted to be friends. The neighborhood is great and so is parking and access.

The room was very clean and everything was very convenient to get to. We were right next to the expressway, but it was still perfectly quiet and we slept well. The bed was very comfy too.

Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. Heating the room and water more thoroughly would have made it more enjoyable. If looking for a solid night's rest I would advise requesting a room away from the elevators that make a loud squeeking noise while in operation. The walls are also very thin and we could easily hear conversations in the rooms next to us as well as activity in the hallway. The entrance was a little difficult to find when we arrived as the entrance takes you into a parking garage that often is hidden by large busses and with road work happening around the building, made it a little stressful to circle back to find it. We did not try the eat in restaurant options as there were many cheaper options in the surrounding area.

Let’s start with our room. The mattress was very soft, the bathroom had no exhaust fan. Yes there was a coffee maker in our room but if you went downstairs for a regular cup of coffee, they charge five dollars. I find that ridiculous. We did have dinner at the restaurant very hard taste the water had a very odd taste.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.
