The hotel was great room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was great The area is good easy access to everywhere in Niagara Falls. The only downfall was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest but for the price and what we got it was definitely worth it

Great room, excellent breakfast

There is an odor in the hallways and even stronger in the actual hotel rooms. It is a very unpleasant odor. The smell is like a cross between burning rubber and body odor. Also, the toilet did not flush very well and by the time we left, it was all blocked up. I don’t know if it is some type of low flow toilet, but all I can say is that it barely had any suction and did not work at all by the time we left the next morning. And we were only there overnight.

The Roycroft Inn is unique and provides a respite place with history. The restaurant had excellent food that is part of the Inn. The Roycroft campus across the street is very interesting and worth a walk through and tour. The Inn has an incredible collection of arts and craft furniture in the main rooms as well as the sleeping rooms. Overall the property could use a refresh, new carpet and painting and a scrubbing. The bones of the places are great, but the interiors are tired.
