Musty odor in room, keypad entry required several attempts each time entering room, bathroom not clean (hair visible in sink from previous customer). Great location, and great breakfast. Beware the shuttle service however! Asked the front desk what time shuttle to metro was available in the morning and he said 7:30. I asked if we just need to call to get picked up and they said yes. Got on shuttle around 8:30 am and spent the day in Washington DC. We got to the Metra station at 3:45pm and I called and was informed there was no one there to drive the shuttle but they were supposed to be in at 4:30 but sometimes didn’t get into work at 5. So we were stuck!! Fortunately we figured a but to take us to a nearby hotel. Next morning we needed to board the shuttle at 7:30 am. Front desk stated driver might not get there until 8. So we decided just to drive and pay for parking at the metra since the service was very undependable. Front desk afternoon lady was extremely nice about it and felt bad. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel though so kind of disappointing.
