Can I just say that this was one of the best properties .The check-in woman was friendly, accommodating, entered the room it was so clean. The only issue I have was the bathroom around the tub. There was mold, but everything else was just perfect all the staff from the check-in staff to the checkout staff. Superb and went beyond their way to make our trip amazing

Hotel was nice. Pool was green didn’t use it. Woman at desk with pink hair was talking to her friend and was very rude when we asked for the coffee to be refilled. Hope she is not at the desk when others need help.

Great hotel, a little noisy

The hotel is nice, super clean and staff very pleasant. It’s located a very convenient spot with tons of restaurants and shopping so close. Parking is ample. Rooms are very basic but contemporary. Only real complaint is the noise from other rooms. It literally sounds like someone is outside your door but they are above, below or beside you.

It was very loud at times around 2 am the other guests had very loud rooms the shower curtain and the way the shower is we had to layer towels on the floor to soak up the water our floor was soaked no vent in the bath the fridge didn’t work to keep drinks cold

Fine. We came for a large conference in Springfield MA and everything was booked. The price was not normal for this level property in this location normally, but supply & demand dictated higher prices for our dates. Nothing special about the property but also nothing particularly “wrong” either. Just fine.
