It was nice that they had food options at the bar. It is too bad they did not have another set of elevators as the walk from the elevators to the rooms was very long and difficult for someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was superb!

Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc.
