This is an older property. Everything was ok except the carpeting in the bedroom smelled. The bathtub faucet was dripping so I kept the door shut so as not to hear it. The price seems high for the condition of the property. It’s conveniently located to the freeway and the free breakfast in the AM was one of the best.

No power at Hotel

Went to check in and the power was out. (The power did not come back on for 2 days.) I asked the Registration Clerk if she could cancel the stay, she said she couldn't do that, but I could through the app. I tried to cancel through the app, but the app would not allow me to cancel, (when I tapped the cancel button it would not work), so I was able to message the property, but I never received a response. I am contacting the credit card company to stop payment, It would have been nice if the app had worked as represented.

The room was dirty. The phone didn't work. The room, hallways, and elevators had dust bunnies everywhere. The hot tub was closed down. The towels were paper thin and several of them had mud and makeup on them caked on them. They cleary had not been washed. There was one employee on staff on Friday evening during check-in times so she had to close the front desk while she had to go attend to other things such as cleaning my room.

We were disappointed with our experience. The staff was unwilling to work with us even though we reached out several days before our stay. The entire establishment smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. For safety, the back door was supposed to be secured, but it did not lock properly. Additionally, the hotel is located right off the highway, which made it noisy. We would not stay here again.

Property advertises that it has a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was drained because it is broken. The pool was way too cold to swim in. The pool room was dirty. Beds were hard as rocks. Next time I will spend a little more money to get a better hotel.

I called a week before my stay to make sure there was a hot tub and an indoor heated pool. The hot tub had no water in it, and the pool was ice cold/heater broken. The room had a horrible odor. Dont recommend.

Don’t waste your money!

After booking this hotel for its amenities, I drove 5 hrs to find that their hot tub was not working and the pool wasn’t heated due to an issue they were having. These things need to be disclosed when people are booking rooms. I would’ve booked elsewhere had I known these issues. Super disappointed that I wasted money when I really needed the amenities they didn’t have but claimed to offer.

I rented this hotel because of the indoor pool and the pool was horrible looking, looked as if they had just added chemicals and had what appeared to be vomit floating in it as well. Breakfast was just average. Also looked as if the room was only surface cleaned because there was tons of dust behind the chair and in the bathroom there was paint bubbling away from the wall. This location is not safe due to all of the houseless people beging for money and wandering around.

No spa? :(

Staff was very friendly, not having the spa tub or a clean pool was an extreme bummer. Breakfast was nice. Would be very helpful to have a notice ahead of time if the hot tub is out of use.
