We stay here whenever in the area.

Wonderful breakfast offered with many options. Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel is near many stores and restaurants as well as conveient to I95 and I395. We stay here whenever we are in the area and it has never dissapointed us. Use Google maps to find it in an area with many flyover ramps.

They have outsourced most of their staff and for large chunks of the day there is no human at the desk. They have a AAVGO terminal instead. While it can check you in and out and make room keys, it can't hand you some shampoo or coffee when the housekeeping staff forgets to stock the room yet again. (3 days with no supplies) It can't maintain physical control of the property, it can't deal with large drunken family groups yelling, sprinting up and down the halls, and banging on doors at 3 AM as they they struggle to understand how a room key works. It can't control busloads of teens playing stop the elevators. It can't find a maintenance person to make your toilet flush or make scalding hot water stop coming out of the cold side and filling the toilet tank. The property is old, the HVAC units are ancient, wheezing units that are 15 years past their use by date. Those two types of client seem to be the bulk of their business these days. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, look elsewhere.

Very convenient to Rt 95, easy off and easy on. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Everything we look for when we're traveling and need a one-night stay.

Felt like a motel, not a best western offering

Good Break fast was great Bad Room had a bunch of hair on one of the beds. It was really small. Felt like a motel, not like a best western offering. The sink was clogged. The most annoying of all - There was this load creepy alarm going off every now and then. We were told this was because people were using the wrong door to enter after hours and so the alarm. But this was really annoying. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was nice.
