Best place to stay in Springfield. Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Superb breakfast. Rooms are very large & clean & Quiet. Loved every minute of this hotel. Just a great place and a great value!!

Good place for dog owners. There is a large center lawn to walk dogs and relax. Service has always been friendly. This was 5th time staying here when we drive cross country. The rooms are dated but adequate.

We had an issue with our toom keys, the lady at the desk figured out the problem and changed our room. Parking was right outside the door. Dog area was super close.

My wheelchair bound mother and I stayed here for four nights. The accessible room was adequate and breakfast was eggs and sausage. The first night I found two bed bugs. I have 14 bites. I requested a room change. The second night I killed a spider in bed, but no bed bugs. I washed everything and took great care not to transfer bed bugs from our previous room (or to my home or my mother’s nursing home). The rooms were not very clean- floors need vacuumed, hair in shower, slow draining sink, sheets dingy. There were hangers for a pet hoodie and dress thrown in the armoire from a previous guest. Housekeeping did not come in to take trash or exchange towels. Although the front desk staff was friendly, I will not be staying here again. The bed bugs are too much between the discomfort of the bites, the exhaustion from cleaning anything that had been in the room, and the worry of transporting them elsewhere.

The breakfast staff were very nice. The breakfast was average. The motel room door needs a seal replaced around the door and a new door plate. You could see daylight around the bottom right section of the door. It was 10 degrees outside. We put a towel in front of the door to block the cold air when we were inside the room with the door locked. There was a dead mouse in the parking lot where we parked our truck. The bathroom sink faucet was janky, like it wasn't properly installed. The tile floor in the bathroom area was freezing, there was no heat near the bathroom, no heat vent. Despite those issues, we've stayed at this motel three times because of the convenience aspect and the location. Don't know if we'd stay here again though. It may be time to try another motel.

Room was ok, could use some maintenance. Biggest problem I had was that dish network tv service did not have NBC... so could not watch my sports games. Get a traditional TV antenna system and plug into TV. Or at minimum have regular TV in lobby for people to watch game there.
