The night manager who checked me in was topnotch--friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. I would rate this place top honors except for the complete lack of amenities, particularly something as essential as cups. I can understand the need, on these times, to trim costs, and I can live without a coffee maker and coffee and most other such stuff. But cups are basic. I need to take my medications. I want to brush my teeth. I want a simple drink of water. And I'm supposed to just kind of slurp out of the faucet? Or head to the front desk to request a cup? That's not acceptable, and it's the fault of the company. The manager doesn't decide something that's clearly corporate policy. Cups, please, and maybe paper plates and plasticware to go with the otherwise pointless microwave. Provide those and your otherwise fine hotel will merit an excellent rating.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. The check was smooth. The front desk guy was really helpful. The rooms was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel was really amazing. They just got done by the renovation. The guy working at front desk was really nice and was helpful. The rooms were really nicely done and cleaned. If I come back in Lincoln would stay here. No doubt!!

I was checked in late night. The guy was folding the laundry. I called him. He just come right away in two minutes. Really good hotel with clean hallway, clean rooms and really, really really good service. Rooms are very quiet and away from the highway so really quiet hotel

Water in the shower was warm but not hot. No coffeepot in the room. There was no hairdryer in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable. Room temperature easy to regulate. Check in was easy and the personnel was very helpful and friendly.

If you like your hotel stays with a side of mystery and a dash of spiritual intrigue, the Days Inn in Lincoln, Illinois might just be your place. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were… off. Not bad exactly, just the kind of energy that makes you casually wonder if you should’ve packed sage… or maybe a priest. You know, just in case. That said, credit where it’s due: the new owners are clearly putting in the effort. You can tell they’re working hard to turn things around, and honestly, they’re doing a solid job. The place actually looked pretty nice overall clean, cared for, and (hallelujah) completely bug-free. That alone earns major points in the budget hotel universe. Now, let’s talk about the HVAC system. I’m fairly certain it was installed sometime around the Kennedy administration. It worked… in the same way a vintage car works, you’re not entirely sure what’s happening, but something is, and you just go with it. Fingers crossed that’s on their renovation list, because once that’s updated, this place could really shine. All in all: slightly haunted energy, surprisingly decent stay, and a team that seems to genuinely care. Bring good vibes, maybe a candle… and keep an open mind.

The staff was very courteous. But the bath room had a water leak from the sealing light that made the floor quite wet. I was not sure it is from inlet or drain water. I called the front desk later night but no one answered so l just let it go.

Room and property new carpet and paint if you don't need all the fine finishes very good buy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Stayed with a pet two nights. Parking lot was well lit to walk the dog at night, Manager was very pleasant and helpful with any concerns I had. Basic needs only but good value
