The first thing I noticed when I got to our floor was the strong smell of mildew. The whole hotel past the lobby stinks of it. The room that we got was spacious, but very dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and so was the couch. The pool was busy as it was a holiday, but it was not well kept and the workout room is not as pictured and very outdated. One of the elevators had some kind of sticky substance spilled on the floor from the moment we got there into the moment we left, no one cared enough to clean it. The staff was friendly, that’s the only upside.

Nice hotel overall but my key stopped working twice and I was on the 10th floor, had to walk back down to lobby with my 5 year old, super exhausting and frustrating! Prices are kind of high and they include taxes and gratuity when billing you and tells you nothing! Still haven’t received a final bill and new charges appeared on my account from hotel!

The room was excellent. The bathroom was magnificent. The bed although soft for my liking was of good quality and did not give me a sore back. There is a full size fridge in my room but no storage for clothes. One of two lifts was out of order for my three day stay.

Enjoyed it so much, just booked another stay for Thanksgiving!!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle service is great if you’re needing a ride to and from the airport. The room and hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, great accommodations for the price.
