South Reno Vacation Packages

The hotel was clean, the shuttle was super convenient (however we didn't know we could use it to take us to tunnel creek). The private beach passes were nice, but you still will be charged $18 a person to enter. The hotel promotes 1 complimentary drink per night-wine/beer however we weren't offered upon arrival-you must ask. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help! We tried the lounge but unfortunately no one was bartending and there were no amenities down there- nice for sitting and listening to music. Loved the free coffee and convience of the stores nearby.

Description says NO elevator, true but the pictures don't show all the stairs. Walk up about 10 steps to door, enter and either go down 8 steps to 2 bedrooms & 2 baths or up 8 steps to living, dining, kitchen with a spiral stair to loft with 2 twin beds. Pictures do not show stairs down to bedrooms or up to living area. Both bathrooms were downstairs. Otherwise the place was wonderful and quiet and clean. I would go back again, just with much less/smaller luggage.
