Room was clean and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Property was well maintained and had something for all ages. The bartenders and activities coordinator made the stay a lot of fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

At the entrance, when I rang the bell to have the door opened—it is always locked and doesn't open automatically—the staff member, Isa, was sarcastic, walking slowly even though she knew I was waiting. She doesn't know how to deal with people! The room's air conditioner was broken; it was just blowing air, while the temperature outside was around 96°F. The unit itself was filthy and covered in mold! The listing said the room had been renovated, yet the air conditioner was broken and moldy!

I loved the quick response to guest request. Appreciated the lobby ambience and scent. Did not enjoy being woken up by drill noises before 9am on departure day without some type of heads up. Otherwise, an awesome stay and I will most definitely be returning and making this my preferred hotel. See you guys in November!
